Affirmations Every Woman In Her 30’s Should Hear
We are what we think, and whatever we think… we become.
I invite you to try something new. By reprogramming your mind with powerful daily affirmations and I AM statements to become the self-confident and self-honoring 30-something woman I know you already are.
Affirmations are proven to help create new thought patterns in your brain through repeated listening and reciting. They allow your mind to build new positive thought patterns and break free of negative thoughts that keep you small or hold you back from being confident in who you are.
Say each affirmation out loud every day for 21 days, either in the morning or at night before bed. If you’re more of an auditory person, I have an audio recording on YouTube that guides you through this affirmation process, and you can find it HERE.
